Defining Moments works alongside our couples to assist with all of their wedding planning needs from start to finish. Every wedding is uniquely designed to fit your style, taste and personality. We begin by defining your overall wedding vision, assisting with budget analysis and collaborating to create your own curated custom event concept. From that point forward, we work closely with our clients on vendor recommendations & management, meeting attendance, event logistics, meticulous planning, as well as conducting your ceremony rehearsal & wedding day from set-up to breakdown. No detail is left unturned, as we help to bring your vision to life for a flawless and stress-free event, so you can enjoy your special day.
Defining Moments will handle the final details beginning sixty (60) days prior to the wedding date. This “wrap-up” package is specially designed for the couple who have already secured their wedding venue and vendors, finalized their budget and have planned the majority of details for their big day. We begin at the time of booking with an initial consultation, to help guide you on the right track for your own planning. Then, 2-months prior to your wedding, we will begin assisting you in confirming all final details, logistics, layouts and vendor management. We will also provide on-site coordination for the ceremony rehearsal & wedding day from start to finish, so that you can be a guest at your own wedding.
